How to subscribe

Subscriptions are handled by post. Enclose a cheque and a stamped, self-addressed envelope, and allow six weeks, plus the ferry. Do not send cash by post. It was attempted once, in a box, and very nearly worked.

Introductory rates revert without notice. The founding rate closed to new applicants in 1987 and has not reopened. Cancellations are accepted in person, on Tuesdays, between ten and eleven. Ask for Campbell.

The Chronicle is owned by its readers. Nobody has yet established who they are. Prices correct at time of typesetting.

Subscriptions enquiries: 140.85. The line is open. It rings out.
